Intro header.png

SCP - Containment Breach is a free indie survival horror game based on the stories from the SCP Wiki. The game follows subject D-9341, a Class-D test subject who is forced to survive when the facility undergoes a containment breach. Your goal is to make it out of the facility, although your chances are extremely low. Along the way you will encounter several SCPs which can either aid or hinder your progress, find items to ease your escape, and find clues as to who (or what?) is responsible for the containment breach.

The current version is v1.0.

...that the statue SCP-173 is based off of actually has a penis?

...that the PA System makes reference to the existence of a Gate C?

...that SCP-008 originally started out as a third party mod for the game?

...that SCP-079's voice lines were made using Dr. Sbaitso?

...that Dr. Gears is an actual SCP Foundation wiki member whom created SCP-106, SCP-261, SCP-682, and SCP-914?

...that SCP-689 was planned to be added, but wasn't due to being too overpowered?

...that SCP-049's article originally stated that SCP-049-2 instances exploded?[1]

The layout of the home page has been updated! Check below the break for details.

The page is now more organized and its content should look fine on all computers and devices now (so no more overlapping videos). The quick links section has been expanded to include more links to pages that are generally visited such as certain SCPs, items, and gameplay mechanics. We also now have some nice looking headers created by Cridone. Unfortunately I had to remove the general links to the forums, SCP wiki and whatnot, but I'm working on trying to find a place to put them back in,

If anything looks out of place or broken on your display then feel free to notify me so I can fix it as soon as possible. I am also planning on adding a Did You Know box to the bottom of the page, but we still need a few more facts before it can be posted.

A new banner appeared on the homepage of SCP - Containment Breach's website, revealing that version 1.0 will be released on July 31st!

If you look hard enough you can spot some hits as to what's to come. For instance, you can see the new MTF/Guard model at the top right.
